We wish to thank Pat Sloane most gratefully for her contribution to the 380th Research Fund in memory of her husband, William E. (Bill) Sloane, Jr., whose passing was recorded at the Langley AFB Chapel Memorial Service during the Williamsburg Reunion, and in this issue.
