I visited the National WWII Museum located in New Orleans (since Katrina) and think it is one of the finest museums of its type. It is in a fund raising campaign for expansion and maybe some who do not know of it might like to contribute. Its website is:
I am amazed at the number of WWII veterans who do not know about it. I ordinarily don't push this type of thing but it truly is excellent in its scope and presentation of the history of WWII.
